The dissertation is to research a relationship between architectural planning and form in terms of limitation of architecture code. Focusing on Bono-dong in Ansan city of Gyeonggi-do, architect Myungrae Lee analyzed several multi-family residential buildings for their architectural form and the sequence of new city of Ansan. Through this dissertation, he would like to reveal a problem of contemporary architectural code in South Korea, in which architecture had many limitations to provide quality open space, cultural potential to the modern society. Conclusively, this deep research between architectural practice and theoretical analysis, Myungrae Lee insisted that we would not only solve this problem of architectural code but also newly propose the code that appropriately fit into our modern society.

건축법규와 다가구 주택의 건축형태에 대한 관계를 연구한 논문. 경기도 안산시 본오동의 다가구 주택들을 중심으로 사례조사와 건축형태에 대한 세밀한 분석, 건축이론과 법규, 안산시의 신도시 형성 과정 등을 연구하여 현대 도시에서 나타나고 있는 다가구 주택의 건축적 특징과 건축법규의 상관관계에 대해 연구. 본 연구를 통하여 현대 다가구 주택에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 건축법적인 제안을 통해 새로운 현대 도시의 모습과 건축 및 주거 환경에 대한 결론을 도출함.
